Emprise key holding services will hold your keys in a secure environment, which is fully compliant with BS 7984. In the event of alarm activation, your keys will be deployed to site any time of day or night by one of our uniformed officers in fully liveried patrol vehicles, saving you the inconvenience and potential hazard of attending the site. Access can also be provided to vacant properties for meter readings, inspections and viewings.

A full risk assessment inspection of your property will be undertaken and a written agreement made regarding the services to be delivered and any preferred contractors to be utilised for additional services – boarding up, alarm engineers etc.

All of our vehicles are fitted with the latest tracking and route planning equipment which provides feedback to our 24 hour communications centre. This equipment allows them to mobilise the officer at the nearest location to an incident, ensuring the fastest response times possible. Our average alarm response time is 20 minutes.
