Jenny Bates - Operations Director
Jenny joined Emprise in 2002. In her role as Operations Director within the Cleaning Division, Jenny is responsible for managing the delivery of services to our Retail, Leisure and Theatre cleaning clients. Jenny joined Emprise as an Area Manager within the Office cleaning division before moving across to Retail and Leisure division in 2006. Jenny's experience in managing large commercial contracts and customer service delivery brings added value to Emprise's large portfolio based contracts. -
Alison Burrows - Finance Director
Alison joined Emprise in 2004. In May 2007, Alison was appointed as Finance Director. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having qualified in 2001. She spent five years working with Smith & Williamson within their Audit and Business Services Division, before joining Emprise. -
Roger Eatwell - Operations Director
Roger, as Operations Director within the Cleaning Division, has operational responsibility for Emprise's Corporate & Commercial cleaning services and clients. Roger joined Emprise in 2009 after 19 years performing operational roles at OCS. He brings extensive experience of managing and adding value to our corporate and national contracts. -
Paul Harvey - Operations Director
Paul has responsibility for the management of Emprise's security services including technology based security solutions. Paul joined Emprise in 2010, bringing with him over sixteen years' experience in the sector and specialist expertise in Counter-Terrorism, Property Management, FM, Maritime/Aviation, Retail, Commercial, Logistics, Front of House and Integrated Solutions. Paul is a member of the Security Institute, IoDs, BIFM and the Security Research Initiative. -
Suzanne Jackson - Human Resources Director
Suzanne joined Emprise in 2004 and in 2010 was appointed HR Director, responsible for the overall management of all HR issues including TUPE transfers, monitoring employment legislation, employee welfare and benefits. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. -
Matt Kuwertz - Sales & Marketing Director
As Sales & Marketing Director, Matt has overall responsibility for the Sales & Marketing team. Matt joined Emprise in 2008 after thirteen years performing both operational and business development roles at Strand. His previous experience of creating innovative, 'value for money' proposals has been instrumental in the successful growth achieved by the Sales & Marketing team. -
Lee Moody - Operations Director
Lee, as Operations Director within the Cleaning Division, is responsible for the management and delivery of cleaning services to Emprise's Leisure and Hotel clients. Lee also takes responsibility for the Specialist Services, Window Cleaning and Pest Control teams. Lee joined Emprise in 2008 and has over 18 years' experience in managing security, cleaning and multi-disciplined services for a wide variety of commercial, retail and manufacturing clients. Lee is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service through effective management processes. -
Fraser Robertson - Technical Services Director
With over 30 years' experience in the security & AV services industry Fraser joined Emprise in 2010 to head Emprise's Technical Services Team, taking overall responsibility for the consultancy advice, design, delivery and maintenance of technical services projects for corporate, commercial and retail clients. Fraser holds Association of Security Consultants membership and has a wealth of experience working for a number of large support services companies to design and deliver integrated security systems that provide value driven solutions for clients.
